The last statement in annoucement - maybe it's there to pacify those shareholders saying this is a low ball offer, is important I think.

"Modest earnings growth expected in FY17 due to additional business investment required to support longer-term growth, the impact from the loss of the Trilogy contract and continued regulatory uncertainty in China"

I've got an average cost of just above the offer price so will be losing out on this offer - i'll take a small lose and move on.

I agree this is a low ball offer maybe something like $2.70 would have been fairer but based on the poor performance of management since listing I guess I couldn't expect anything much better.

Disappointed with the length of the timing, another 4 months before getting this completed, only another 5% left on the upside (between current price and offer price) so even considering selling out straight away.
