It definitely looks ok. The weakness has to be driven by the flagged drop in EBITDA (and resultant EPS fall coming up). This could also have some bearing on what they decide to pay out as dividends in the short-term (although they do have Bal Sheet strength to cope with a higher payout). Surely below a $1 and these things start looking like a strong buy - and any further weakness beyond that, management may just take the company private.
