thanks. it looks like there are two options then take an upfront amount to quit early or milk for 4yrs - I am not sure TLS will like the 4yr timetable as the TLS has limited time to deliver on his now hard guidance and there seems to be a strategy to change what happens in the physical (store) channel once the 5G network is completed.

is there a third or hybrid option? - something up front and then a management transition fee for a few years.
