    AFR article mentions:

    "...Telstra started negotiations with Vita on Thursday and said negotiations with independent licensees would start shortly.On an investor call, Telstra declined to comment in detail on the financial impact of the move but indicated it would not renew licence agreements when they expired and there would be cash involved as it bought back stores."
