Maybe TLS should just buy VTG foot print of 104 stores, delist the company and let maxine pursue SHAW as a private company with her proceeds. then they can selectively pick and choose the remaining stores they want from individual franchisees to round out their plan. it would give them an instant conclusion and let them roll out heir ServiceCo strategy with physical and digital channels. From the media articles and comments by TLS at their investor update meeting it sounds like they need the people in the retail shops do help their existing customers so i am not sure they want to wait for 2025 to push that button. they have of course cut back so many people as part of T22.
