I checked a US based hemp honey company. They sell 12 oz (or 340g) at $49.99 USD. So hemp honey is not supposed to be cheap I guess.
Likely the Comvita Manuka Honey sold at chemist warehouse are very expensive (UMF 10+ 250g sold at $39.99 AUD, UMF 15+ 250g sold at $79.99 AUD, these price are already heavily discounted compared to the RRP). These expensive honey sells very well in China. Even there are many cheaper Manuka honey available on the market, the Chinese just want to spend a lot more to buy Comvita. Hence, I believe Vitahemp can shine with proper marketing strategies.
