The political situation in the US is such that it will be difficult if not impossible to get much of his infrastructure and clean energy plan approved. His margin is vey narrow and conservative Democrats are resisting.
I do not see thousands of windmills and hundreds of acres of solar panels on the landscape.
There will be some but nowhere near what was proposed.
