Be open-minded, who knows what kind of agenda of these investment company? When this lionhead invested VML, VML share price dropped so much. You can't eliminate this possibility. Don't assume the big shareholder has the same interest as the small shareholder. Sometimes they don't care about the share price, they just care about the controlling interest of the project.
