There is 20M on the buy at 0.7c and 30M on the sell at 0.9c
It is clear as day they are accumulating at 0.8c and capping at 0.9c
IMO once that 0.8c bid gets to around 10-20M and the first few bites into that 0.9c wall, this will go
For now punters get the idea that there is going to be an indefinite supply of stock at 0.8c to allow entry
