What I find puzzling ( from same page 22 ) is :-
SRC Rare Earth Processing Facility
" $31m in funding for the construction of a Rare Earth Processing Facility in Saskatoon "
" The Facility will include the construction of a Rare Earth Separation Plant "
Are they going to be able to construct a Processing Plant for US $31m ?
When all the hype is, that any Rare Earth Company to be able to go the full deal from mining to production of individual Rare Earths would be up for a billion dollars plus.
Who is pulling who's leg in this story ?
