Its hard to do FA without a study.. then with no numbers and management holding 30% they could drop a big steaming pile of uneconomic crap on holders when/if they cash in. That's what's holding this back.
If they continue to kick goals without another Coulsen dumping sham and the commodity price stays high this will outperform and rerate.
But it is gambling with numbers or finance/deal to expand
