Niobium recovery testing apparently the cause of delay of the scoping study until late April. Not sure what to think tbh. Niobium is an in-demand and valuable metal with few western suppliers (80% I recall out of Brazil?) but they will need to get recoveries well north of 60% for it to be worth the effort.
