Here we go, a North American listing.
I'm surprised they haven't pursued a North American listing earlier, which is what I think this is all about.

It will probably be the TSX, with a secondary on the pink sheets in the USA, or possibly the NASDAQ if they can get away with it, though I'd expect not at this stage.

I also think there may be some hidden intent in the announcement.
To get to a $1 billion market cap with the current resource will probably take either an acquisition or some M&A, so keep an eye out for a USA brown-fields rare earth acquisition and perhaps a strategic investment partner.

I think that now the stuff is being dug up and processed, we will see these guys try and push ahead with growth in the corporate sector. They have ambitions as far as I can tell.

At these prices, and given the rare earth demand, I've moved it from a hold to a buy.
