we're already OTC under VMLXF so we have some exposure.ADR is American Depository Receipt. Each ADR can represent any number of VML shares. Makes it easier to trade for US-based people.
I don't know much about RTOs (reverse takeovers).
IPO (not OTC) - well, you should know what that is.
And OTC is over-the-counter (or pink sheet), those get traded on other exchanges as they can't meet the requirements to be listed on the main ones. Small volumes here.
