You can't just jump on the NASDAQ. There are certain requirements you have to meet.

I certainly hope they pull increase SP without issuing more shares. Anyone can IPO and issue additional shares to increase market cap by means of having more cash on hand. Doesn't mean that it'll increase SP. I'm not overly excited about this whole thing.
How are instos going to be onboarded? More shares issued?
