My original thoughts were that Avalon could be an acquisition target between 2025-2030. However, given the urgent requirement for critical minerals, this could definitely be bought forward. Given that we're already going to have the vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure in place.... as well an open pit.... it'd be easy $$$ in the bank for Vital.
However, I reckon Wigu Hill is the focus following the Nechalacho expansion. Similar bastnaesite mineralisation, higher average grade (4.4%), plenty of room for exploration and a convenient location. It'd be a cut and paste project, copying Nechalacho's success. However with the lessons learnt and funding available from Nechalacho, the project would move considerably more rapid.
