Moving forward VML will have to repair their relationship with First Nations. Info is hard to find on this subject as VML and FN's have gone silent. Jason Snaggs is well respected in the NWT and to my knowledge a former CEO of YKDFN. Google Jason Snaggs' Post...scroll right down to Cheetah's Nechalacho 9mo ago...then up to.. This marks a major shift.. 3mo ago. Obviously the Shenghe deal did raise a few eyebrows.
You will also notice that FN's (as far as I could tell) were not mentioned again in today's ann..... more work to do there...see how we go gltah
