You say this like it's a good thing. That is that state of the company in 2 sentences. There is no Hail Mary funding arrangement that pulls them out of this death spiral.
By the way if a lifeline funding arrangement was in the works then LH should have been happy to chip in the extra $2m, that they didn't speaks volumes.
