I can't believe this is true, surely they must then probably own shares via a nominee account somewhere. Because if all 4 of these people don't actually own any shares in their company then it would be the only company on the ASX where this has occurred.

This company seems to have been problematic right from the start, principally because of it's attempt to take multiple short cuts to production rather than taking a more recognized conventional route to development.

I can't criticize the former MD, because like him, I thought there simply must be a way to bring a rare earths project into production quicker than the average of 10 years. However, he's fallen on his sword, and it appears the new masters have reverted to the traditional methodologies. I'm not saying either is right or wrong, what I would like to see however, is the current board and management investing a "heap" of their own personal cash into the project if they really believe in it. Until then, I won't buy any more stock here.
