On the face of it, it looks like they encountered a problem on day 22 at 775m and had to come up to 500m to 'hop' over an obstacle (possibly a difficult rock formation) but when they started to dip back down again to 545m, there is still a problem?

I suspect they're now re-assessing where they can branch off from to continue with a 'new sidetrack'..

Bit shoddy really, I'd have thought their seismic would've picked up any obstacles such as this!

You're right though, someone at PVE must explain what's going on as it's leading to (possibly incorrect on my behalf at least) speculation of a hitch in drilling the planned sidetrack.
No wish to mislead, DYOR as always.
I even added a few yesterday at 16c - will grab a few more if it drops to 14.

No debt, generating cash - at least break-even, great future IMO and happy to be holding longterm.
