They're basically putting it on a table and shaking it, and at the other end it comes out at 30%.
They could go ahead and sink hundreds of millions into an extraction plant like all the other 'dreamboats' for some metals that nobody wants to pay very much for at the moment, or they can just do exactly what's required and start turning revenue (and shared profit) now.
How's HAS going anyway? Still first producer by a country mile? Or was it only producer? I don't remember the specifics
