It seems that 2, and I emphasise 2 factories will be built based upon the exceptions of Vital Metals to deliver the carbonate product! Nobody surely, especially government owned tax payer fund linked companies would invest the equivalent of $100 AUD million without doing due diligence on chief supplier for the first 3 years Vital Metals... on top of the $40 million Lionhead invested. GLTAH
