Well, the 3c per share price is definitely a slap for existing shareholders. Hopefully this time Vitasora is accurate in predicting that this is the last capital raise before reaching breakeven in 2H FY26, since each raise seems to depress the price and just makes it harder for the share price to increase. The dilution that shareholders had to deal with before cash flow breakeven has also gone way above what I predicted when I first invested in Vitasora back in 2023.
In hindsight, I'm not sure how they believed they could reach cashflow breakeven by end of CY 2024, since it seems unlikely that the Californian bushfires would delay cashflow breakeven by up to 18 months...
Looking forward to viewing the quarterly report in a few weeks to see if tangible progress has been made
