Show me where it says in their share trading policy that they can buy and sell shares in the lead up to the release of the annual report. Which other companies are buying back shares prior to the release of results (you should make sure they haven't already released preliminary figures or have different reporting periods)?

You cannot tell anyone not to "spread false information" when you spend your entire time on here spewing nonsense as part of some sort of emotionally driven personal vendetta against the company's personnel.
