Can you tell me where in the whole process a outside organisation gets to say how another party's drug / treatment is classified or are you saying BSI isn't working in teh best interests of TIS? Are teh review boards loaded with opposing drug companies patsies? When has it happened before and what was the solution?

I don't mind a good conspiracy story myself but not sure I am with you on this one.

Looks to be other reaons to me but still learning and reading deeper. To get the basic classification an grouping for your product wrong looks like a crazy mistake when you employ outside consultants to cover issues like this to start with. Lot more to this than what is on the surface to me considering teh time they have had to get this sorted.
