    I agree Teddy, and wonder how close this will get to "withholding information and missleading investors".

    I also wonder more about Baynton resigning from being a director at that time, leaving him free to trade his stock (Orbit Capital-750,000 odd shares) without notifying the asx. If he dumped in June does that constitute insider trading. I tried to get a list of top 40 shareholders from the company, but of course I never have recieved a reply to any questions.
