    re: Ann: VitroGro Sales Planned to Start in J... I suspect resourced was refrasing his comment regarding profit share in an "ownership" sense to convey the potential division of profits between company's, and not literally referring to legal ownership.

    If we are to speak literally, TIS currently do not own the technology/IP relating to VitroGrow; TIS license it and have exclusivive rights to purchase it based on certain conditions being met.
