Definitely NOT a "proven resource" ... at best a "prospective resource". Those terms have specific meaning.
Definitely a high quality prospective resource with lots of possible opportunities ... but best to dig deep to what they have to offer to the markets cite (e.g. in rare earths piece of the their puzzle, probably very little).
