Complete failure by management. This was known months ago, very poor form to wait until now to update the market. Disagree with comments that it is strategic around market conditions- the TLG 6 month chart is textbook downtrend- this is a catalyst for us to drop down to $1 territory.
I believe in TLG, fine if you are in it for the long haul, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that this has been messaged and managed very poorly by management.
