Yes you are right. With critical resource valuation by the European Union and EIB for Zavalievsky Graphite it's only a matter of time now for market revaluation. As everyone who follows mainstream media knows Ukraine is obviously winning, and with European security backing now, it's a no-brainer, everyone holding Talga should sell up and buy into Volt asap.
