• The Land and Environment Supreme Court's decision not to grant leave to appeal has been appealed

  The Nature Conservation Association in Lycksele has appealed the Land and Environment Supreme Court's decision not to grant leave to appeal to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will now take a decision on whether it was right not to issue leave to appeal to the Nature Conservation Society, which normally happens within about 2–3 months. Botnia Exploration assesses that there is no reason to issue leave to appeal and that the Land and Environment Court's decision was correct.

There is talk on another site regarding Botnia and why it took so long to get permits. Interesting that the same mob is involved.Nature and Conv mob took it to the Supreme Court. and took over 3 months for them to rule in favour of Botnia.

Wow, so July, August Sept, Yep will not come inforce until October. Which will be just right for a CR. with SP jumping just before.

The important date is the refinery. If they get approval this week (subject to getting that Zinc sorted) Anyone got a clue about how long it will be before they can start producing stuff ?
