I do not think you get it. The Court will sort Permits out. They are given the power to decide what is right and fair.
The fabric of Sweden consists of much more than the Sami.
Its a matter of balance. Sweden does not stop just because the Sami say so.
Its foolish to assume that the Court will not ensure that all permits have been minimal issues for those involved and abide by the Law - unless of course you are a shorter in which case you will oppose the Permits way more vigorously than those actually involved.
Its is very likely that you are a shorter and in reality you do not give a stuff about the Sami - just the SP.
