A lot of 'Ifs' in that statement.
I believe all will be fine and TLG will be mining soon enough despite any objections. It hasn't got this far to be canned. DD has been done by all ruling bodies who granted the permits, so unless they've made a catastrophic and unlawful error then no appeal will succeed. I get *IF* things change then things change... but, by the same token, IF all goes well then all goes well.
I've done my own research and that's why I'm so sure.
