Their appeal is dead in the water, all they have asked for as I understand it is more time, which is not what you ask the supreme court as Talga have clearly pointed out in this mornings announcement. Now you would think that this could be thrown in the bin quite quickly, but the way this bastard process has dragged out who knows?!!!
