I have mixed reactions regarding the placement and acquisition. The good news is that VIT is expanding with more acquisitions and has secured investors who won’t sell at a mere 10% profit, unlike sophisticated investors but he is luckily to acquire 11% VIT for just $5.1m. Candor Medical’s revenue is over $30 million, but its EBITDA is only $2 million, and I doubt they are making a significant profit. However, the telehealth service has an excellent rating of over 4.7/5, and we will be adding 15,000 patients. It will take some time to consolidate this and reflect it on the balance sheet.
