Nah I don't think so. It's just a verticle which they can use reduce costs. I'm with Goodlife and they use Debit Success for clients like me who prefer direct debit. I assume Goodlife would have to pay a % as transactional fees to Debit Success. If Viva can develop and implement their own system, with 280k+ members at 300+ gyms, imagine how much VVA can save in merchant fees. Plus they can sell other complementary services to make extra cash.
