Just had another look at their December quarterly report in which they estimate outflows this quarter of $3,252,000.
Quite a jump on previous quarters indicating contracts being delivered on.
Cash at end of last quarter $1.7M so to absorb $3.2M of costs VIV must:
- have arranged bank finance or
- about to announce a cap raising or
- a significant increase in customer receipts.

I'm backing the third option,
