Yes, not great at market announcement. Having said that, I don't understand why the share price and market capitalization ($28m) has trended down on the back of the following:

    1. VivoPower market cap around US$100m - own 40% so that alone is worth more than the capitalization of AWN.

    Tembo announcements
    (part of VVPL), including:
    - US$250 agreement for Tembo in Australia (not sure on profits)
    - US$120m agreement for Tembo in Canada (not sure on profits)
    - Northern European and Mongolian distribution agreements

    2. A summary judgement claim in relation to Intueri dismissed in NZ (April 2021) which potentially reduces risk/exposure here - was that / is that weighing on the share price

    3. EdventureCo business made $5.2m for the first half and AWN has rationalized the funds management and enterprise office businesses that were cost centers of around $2m for the first half.

Couple these announcements with 1H underlying group EBITDA of $4.6m (stat was $2.5m)....can someone explain to me why this is a $28m market capitalization company?
