VKA is a public company and from latest annual report could not see anything in it's corporate structure or shareholdings which indicate Todd has an interest. (Biggest shareholder as at 30/6/22 was Vanguard Superannuation with 8.92%)
The 2 Companies noted on the form 604 as Todd subsidiaries I believe would most likely be NZ Companies and not related.
