I think that some traders were expecting a rise in SP prior to the release of the latest set of trial results as occured last time, and seem to be bailing out, given the relatively low volume. Usually, there is no movement prior to results but last time, Quest happened to be accumulating and the SP increased by 20-30%. Nothing to be concerned about at this stage.
