Yeah sure. Any stock that has been in a massive LT downtrend needs liquidity events to turn the register over and get rid of the stale holders. We've already seen it happen on news events in the last few weeks.
Doesn't mean there isn't gains to be had for anyone entering at current prices based on new direction.
