Juiceee I reckon they would more than likely want to see price a bit higher before a CR. Wouldn't be in the interests of share holders given we were sitting pretty at 11-12c last year.... Pre legal stoush.
What interests me is if further positive exploration and commercial news will complement the positive legal outcome.
