Interesting to note:
SPX market cap = $152 million
VMC market cap = $26 million
If the SPX rebuttal is sound then VMC can bugger off!
If there is any merit to VMC claims then maybe an all scrip takeover makes it all go away - VMC shares Penny West and SPX gets access to nearby tenements...
Might be a silly idea but.....
