All Managers, Directors, Chairmen in fact any business person keeps work Diaries and have appointment books with secretaries setting up meetings etc. There would probably be notes tabled etc also as evidence if not actual documents about offers etc.
I am sure there will be an evidence trail for SPX if they did have interaction with Patina pre-VMC.
