@MetalGuy1995 if the Vendors come out and say they had been dealing with Alex Hewlett for near on 18 months then the confidentiality agreement between Adams, Bosio, and VMC becomes a moot point. Nobody stopped VMC from buying the tenement from Patina and if the Vendors corroborate this then i don't know how VMC can pull this off.
