Whats it cost to lodge a Supreme Court writ? mmm It can be pulled at a later date! Cheap way to run up your shares?
The VMC SP ran up 31% AND is now "in the money" on those 57 mil oppies!
Plus just "maybe" they can get SPX to settle something like shares or cash etc
Also how are they going to FUND a Supreme Court legal case with no cash or ability to pay for it? No win no fee? in a Supreme Court case?

This smells like a setup. It has YET to be confirmed by SPX that the Confidentiality agreement even exists.
