There maybe some merit in seeking a voluntary suspension of trading for a period of time in the hope that “further discussions” between all parties take place. I’m not talking about a protracted period until a court determination - rather a defined period to allow a constructive / mutually beneficial negotiations to take place. At least that way SH don’t needlessly react on Monday resumption.
