Between lawyers, solicitors and barristers these things take time to workout. If their are confidentiality agreements and their is solid evidence I’m sure lawyers, solicitors and barristers wouldn’t want to waste court time by heading to the Supreme Court for nothing. These legal situations usually take at least a minimum of 1month to sort out and settle to be heard in court. SPX won’t be able to confirm anything as yet until they have seen documents lodged in a court brief and given to SPX by VMC’s legal team.
