VMC won't come out this well ....
The time line on lodging the legal proceedings against SPX ( Zebra ) more than 12mths down the track.... Waiting for the PW resource to be drilled out and expanded on successfully .... will be the first question the court will ask - why VMC waited as long as they did ? ( looks suss ).
The counter claim from SPX ( Zebra ) will be that proving conversation didn't happen months prior to their ( VMC's ) claim of breaches and misuse of information which lead to the acquisition of PW occurred ...
I wouldn't want to be a VMC holder .. more will come out this that paints them in a bad and desperate light ..
It won't drag on as long as most think either
