Only downside is that by making this investment, they render the BFS not bankable due to the study now not being independently assessed. The conflict of interest will cast some doubt on the numbers in a financiers eye. But I am confident an independent review of the study could fix that.
Lets hope the ASX does not consider the investment insider trading, given SDM would have been given privileged non-public information. Shouldn't, because it is not a market trade. IMO
